Sirloin Steak with Peppercorn Sauce


Ingredients:
  • Striploin (sirloin)                  200g
  • Butter                                 10g
  • Peppercorn green & juice    1tsp
  • Cream                                150ml
  • Demi-glace                         1/4 cup
Methods:
  1. Cut steak.Cook it as desired.
  2. De-glaze and make peppercorn sauce.
  3. Reduce to a coating consistency and season if necessary.
  4. Serve the sauce with the steak.Garnish.
