Ingredients:
- Striploin (sirloin) 200g
- Butter 10g
- Peppercorn green & juice 1tsp
- Cream 150ml
- Demi-glace 1/4 cup
- Cut steak.Cook it as desired.
- De-glaze and make peppercorn sauce.
- Reduce to a coating consistency and season if necessary.
- Serve the sauce with the steak.Garnish.
